For example, when Bentley introduced its all-new, next-generation 2020 Continental GT, they created a First Edition variant to celebrate the launch of the vehicle. What sets apart the First Edition?
The First Edition version of the new Bentley Continental GT represents the very top of the line, referring to it as “exquisitely appointed” on their own website. On the inside, the First Edition features the Bentley Rotating Display, an incredible feature that allows you to choose which of three panels is displayed on your dashboard – a 12.3” display audio screen, an instrument panel featuring a trio of handcrafted dials or a veneer-only clutter-free dashboard featuring none of the above.
There are also several details found throughout the vehicle that were handcrafted to set the Continental GT First Edition apart from other trim levels, such as Union Flag badging found in various spots inside and out. The First Edition also features the Mulliner Driving Specification, which features drilled-alloy foot pedals, jewel-finish oil and fuel filler caps and 22” polished black wheels that are unique to the model. Finally, contrast stitching has been added to the diamond-in-diamond quilt pattern that is found throughout the cabin, a bonus found only in the First Edition trim level.
Finally, the Continental GT First Edition also includes both the City Specification and Touring Specification packages, adding a ton of great technological features to the vehicle’s repertoire.
