The MX4 is one of the brand’s MXT vehicles, which stands for Most eXtreme Truck. It is a civilian use version of the International MXT-MV tactical vehicle that was designed for military use. It features a purpose-built, all-wheel drive chassis. The MXT is very similar to the Hummer H1, though 68 inches longer and more than 12 inches taller. Although the military version of the vehicle features six commercial-grade tires, the civilian-use MXT is equipped with just four wheels, each wrapped in off-road tires. Although other International Harvester trucks feature beds sourced from Ford, the MXT’s bed was custom built for this vehicle.

The truck is powered by a VT365 6.0L V8 engine capable of generating 300 horsepower, and it’s tethered to a 5-speed Allison 2000 automatic transmission. The MXT features a gross vehicle weight rating range of 14,000 to 18,000 pounds.
