The engine is capable of generating 316 horsepower alongside 295 pound-feet of torque and getting from a complete stop up to 60 miles per hour in 6.5 seconds. That might not seem very quick if you’ve been reading some of our other highlight blogs, but when you put into perspective that this is an SUV that weighs more than 4,500 pounds and costs less than $50k, that number becomes a bit more impressive.

Surprisingly, the vehicle gets decent fuel economy to boot, achieving a combined rating of 29 miles per gallon. That’s not going to compete with smaller, less luxurious crossover utility vehicles but it certainly makes up for its lack in speed compared to some of the more exotic SUVs.
