Production of the brand-new Lotus Evija all-electric hypercar is about to begin. With a new manufacturing facility located in the village of Hethel in Norfolk, England, production is about to kick into high gear. Check out a promotional video for the beginning of the model’s production below!

For those of you who have been wanting to the brand-new electric hypercar from Lotus in action, you’ve got your wish. Lotus Engineering’s second prototype was filmed in action during some of its rigorous testing on a closed course. The vehicle’s production has kicked off and this video gives a glimpse of exactly what it will have to offer to customers when it becomes available to them. The Lotus Evija was on display at this year’s Guangzhou Auto Show late last month, only making us even more excited to see more!

The Lotus recently unveiled their first electric hypercar to the world, and we were all stunned by its sheer brilliance. Beautiful, powerful, efficient, it has everything.
