West Palm Beach Veterans Day Parade | Sunday, November 6th
Now celebrating its ninth year in existence, the West Palm Beach parade starts at 2pm, and heads down a route on Clematis Street. Veterans, civic organizations and marching bands are welcome to join in the parade, and spectators are encouraged to crowd both sides of Clematis Street to show appreciation for our men and women in uniform.
Miami Lakes Veterans Day Parade | Sunday, November 6th
The Miami Lakes parade is among the oldest in our area, now celebrating its 37th year, which helps to explain why it’s among the biggest around as well. This parade regularly features more than 3,000 participants, including marching bands, active-duty and retired military, veterans groups and JROTC units. Visitors are encouraged to wear patriotic colors if they intend to visit

Miami Beach Veterans Day Parade and Picnic | Friday, November 11th
Traversing across nine blocks of Ocean Drive, the Miami Beach parade begins at 11:11am — a nod toward the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month — with an appearance from the All Veterans Parachute Team to follow, and wraps up with a wreath-laying ceremony and picnic at Flamingo Park Baseball Stadium.
VetFest 2016 | Mana Wynwood | Friday, November 11th
This one is a little different of course, which is why we included the link above. Rather than the standard, somber afare, VetFest is a unique way to honor our veterans while also enjoying live entertainment, food trucks, arts and crafts, and much more. Entry is free in advance, and $10 at the door, with 50% of proceeds going to the Prosperity of Warriors charity.
